W0rship at Christ the King
Our desire is to exalt Christ through our worship. We have two Sunday services at 9 & 11:15. Typically, Education and Formation falls in between services. Our two services are described below:
Similarities:
Both services are recognizably Anglican, following
Both are services of Holy Communion.
Both sing hymns and choruses.
Children’s ministry, including nursery care, is available.
Distinctions:
The services are distinct in their musical leadership.
The 9:00 service is more formal. Music at the 9:00 is led by our choir or a cantor, accompanied by the organ and other instruments.
The 11:15 service is more fluid. Music at the 11:15 is led by a worship leader, accompanied by guitar, piano and other instruments.
