Anglican leaders provided the following succinct definition of the church’s mission: “…to make known by word and deed the love of the crucified and risen Christ.” Outreach strengthens discipleship and brings new people into our community of faith. See below for more information about our local ministry partners.

​CASA CHIRILAGUA
Developing relationships in the Casa Chirilagua neighborhood of Alexandria to transform lives for Christ.

How you can be involved:
  • Participate in our annual 5K on November 5, 2016; proceeds of the race will benefit Casa’s ministry.
  • Mentor students individually or co-lead a small group.
  • Volunteer for after-school activities.

​CARPENTER'S SHELTER
Providing shelter, guidance, education, and advocacy for homeless individuals and families.

How you can be involved: 
  • Participate in the annual holiday gift drive during the Christmas season.
  • Serve monthly meals on Friday nights.
  • Supervise the Winter Shelter on Thursday nights.

MARIH CENTER
Offering confidential emergency pregnancy service to women in need of counseling or assistance. 

How you can be involved: 
  • Participate in the annual baby bottle fundraiser and donation drive in April.
  • Volunteer your time at the center. 
  • Participate in Anglicans for Life events and the annual March for Life each January.
