“Let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some.” – Hebrews 10:24
We desire our church to be an organic web of personal friendships, prayer and Bible Study—more of a movement than a program.
The first and most important step to becoming a part of this family is a commitment to Sunday morning worship, and to meeting people over coffee and a bagel after worship concludes.
The second step into the life of the church is involvement in midsize groups. Midsize gatherings occur about once a month, and are normally divided by gender or situation in life. Their format is simple and relaxed: good food, a short reflection, and plenty of time for fellowship. Find complete details in our service leaflets.
The third step into this church family is joining together with a few others for regular bible study, prayer, and sharing. Such small groups are absolutely essential for our Christian faith. We host numerous small groups. Many small groups develop on their own. These are listed in the third column with a contact to provide details.
Our Sunday mornings are kind of like a city, but without a neighborhood, a city can be lonely. Our midsize groups can function like neighborhoods. From those neighborhoods, we each can find a few friends for study, support, and prayer.
